• Cross-Contamination: While we prioritize clean, high-standard sourcing (including myOrganic and myGAP certified local suppliers), our items may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens (e.g., nuts, soy, gluten). • Active Cultures: Live-culture fermented foods (like kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut, or specialized condiments) naturally contain active beneficial bacteria and yeasts. We deliver fresh, living food designed to optimize your health. Because our products generally do not contain synthetic preservatives, they have a limited shelf life.

• All perishable items, active ferments, and fresh greens must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and stored according to the instructions provided.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are available to receive and collect their delivery at the scheduled delivery time. Failure to collect or properly store delivered products may result in spoilage, reduced quality, or foodborne discomfort. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, spoilage, adverse reactions, or deterioration in product quality arising from delayed collection, unattended deliveries, improper storage, handling, or consumption after the recommended consumption date. Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for products that spoil due to a customer's failure to receive, collect, or properly store the delivery.

• To avoid spoilage, customers who are unable to receive their delivery may request to postpone their subscription box to the following month. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate last-minute changes, such requests cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to the Company's discretion.
